Terms

Last updated 8 August 2026

These are the terms for using Jeje, an app made by Transingenium Innovations Ltd. By using it, you agree to them. We have kept them as short as we can and written them the way we write everything else.

What Jeje is

A short daily reset: a few words, sometimes a breath, sometimes a question. It is written by people, for reading, and that is all it claims to be.

Jeje is not medical care. It is not therapy, not treatment, and not a substitute for either. It cannot diagnose anything and does not try to. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor, a therapist, or someone you trust. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and a code we send you. Keep access to that address, because it is the only way in. One account is for one person; please do not share it.

You must be at least 13 to use Jeje. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge.

Paying

Refunds

If Jeje did not work, or you paid by mistake, write to us and we will refund you. We are not going to argue over a hundred naira. Purchases made through Apple are refunded by Apple under their policy, and we cannot process those ourselves.

What you write

What you put down in Jeje is yours. You keep every right to it. We store it so it survives a change of phone, and we do not read it, analyse it, share it, or use it to train anything. See Privacy.

What we write

The writing in Jeje belongs to us. Please read it, screenshot it, and share a line with a friend — that is what the share card is for. Please do not republish the corpus, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.

What we ask of you

If you do, we may close your account. If we do that and you had paid, we will refund the unused part.

What we cannot promise

We work to keep Jeje available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never be wrong, or suit everybody. To the extent the law allows, Jeje is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending it

You can stop at any time — simply stop paying, or delete your account. We may end these terms with you if you break them, or if we stop offering Jeje, in which case we will give you notice and refund anything unused.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where Transingenium Innovations Ltd is registered.
