Jeje is a daily reset app made by Transingenium Innovations Ltd. This page says exactly what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
The short version. We collect the least we can: your email address, some settings, and a record of when you opened the app. We never sell anything to anyone, there are no advertising trackers in Jeje, and the things you write down are private — including from us.
What you write down stays yours
Jeje sometimes asks a question and lets you answer it — what you are carrying, what you can put down. Those answers are stored on your phone and backed up to our servers so they are not lost if you change device.
They are not read by anybody at Transingenium. Our own staff tools show only how many you have written, never a word of what is in them, and there is no screen, search or export anywhere in our systems that would reveal them. They are not analysed, not used to train anything, and not shared.
What we collect
- Your email address, because it is how you sign in. There is no password.
- Your settings — reminder times, which days, the voice you read in, and what you told us you are carrying.
- Your country and timezone, so the price is in your currency and the reminder arrives in your morning rather than ours.
- Your device — whether it is an iPhone or Android, the app version, and a random installation identifier. Not your phone number, not an advertising ID.
- What you did, never what you wrote — that the app was opened, that a reset was finished, that a breath was completed. Used to know whether the product works.
- Your subscription — which plan, when it expires, what was paid and in what currency.
What we never collect
- Your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack or Apple; we never see a card number.
- Your location. Country comes from your phone's own region and timezone settings, nothing more.
- Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. Jeje does not ask for any of them.
- Anything for advertising. There are no ad networks, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics in Jeje.
Who else is involved
Only where something has to leave our own servers to work:
- Paystack takes payments. They receive your email address and the amount, and handle the card details we never see.
- Apple takes payments made on an iPhone, under their own rules and privacy policy.
- Resend delivers our email — your sign-in code, your receipt, and reminders before your time runs out.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never will.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. If you delete your account we remove your profile, your settings, your reflections and your activity. Records of payments are kept where the law requires us to keep them, and no longer.
What you can ask for
- A copy of everything we hold about you.
- A correction, if something is wrong.
- Deletion — see deleting your account.
Write to jeje@transingenium.com and we will answer within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
Jeje is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Where your information lives
On servers operated on our behalf, and with the companies named above. Some of them are outside your country, so your information may be processed elsewhere. It is protected in transit by encryption in every case.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
